Hell and Water
If I have to describe the weather I’ve experienced for my first year of stay here in Australia, i would prefer two words for it”crazy and moody”. Though they have four seasons here, it feels like they mixed up. Just like for example, summer started December until March. The weather in Australia is so unpredictable. In one day you will expect rains in the morning and sometimes it gets really hot in the mid afternoon.
We do experienced they say hottest is 45°c but in the middle of summertime sometimes it drops down to 9°.Another event is somewhere northern part of Australia is flooding and the Southern part is flooding too, but take note not with water but with fire in bushfire damaging thousands of acres.
This are just some of the disasters I’ve heard since i came here, natural disasters occurs everywhere its just a matter of being ready and keeping family safe. Not as same as the Philippines for sure.
Summer is gone and now winter is coming, the best season of the year I liked most. Getting ready the clothes for winter such as boots, thick jumpers and etc. But there’s only one thing is missing here ,its winter but there is no snow in all the places, there is but only in some selected places such as mountains and higher areas and other part of the country, if you are more of a explorer the outback is the best place for you where its really dry and dessert but plenty of wild animals can be seen in there, if only if you are fun of camping. I am thankful now that there’s no more bush fires but with that most particularly in northern part of the country, cyclone is most common. So I am praying for those people living in there to be ready and be safe always. Its better be safe than sorry, prepare in advance some foods that might be needed in times of calamities. Hopefully it never go worst.
