It was NASA’s second attempt on launching of Antares Rocket, which cost $200 million but unfortunately the rocket exploded 15 seconds after launching and made a big fireball. The rocket was operated by Orbital Science Corp and was launched last Tuesday ( October 28,2014). Though the rocket was unmanned the debris went everywhere. The rocket lifted off to space station to bring some food but after 15 seconds it lighted up the sky with a big fireball and flaming debris on the site. Theres no fatalities and no one was injured aside from the mission $200 million plus that turned to ashes.
The cause of the explosion is still unknown, but the launching was insured and they said they going to send again supplies by December using SpaceX from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
