hello folks I would just like to mention something that makes my blood boil in the philippines .Its called KANO TAX bill you mentioned the yellow submarine tour in cebu ,well somebody posted a price list on another forum that made me mad .The list said a trip costs 1500 pesos per person and next to it in brackets foreigners 2500 pesos .why or how do these companies get away with blatant discrimination like this ,why do people think that all foreigners are rich ? because I am certainally not.
